Frequently asked questions

What certificates do you provide as standard?

All shipments include a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. For food products (honey, oats, nuts), we provide a COA from an accredited Australian laboratory. Phytosanitary certificates are provided for products that require them (grain, timber). Health certificates can be arranged for honey and nut shipments to China and other markets. ISPM 15 fumigation records accompany all timber shipments.

Can you arrange a third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.)?

Yes. We can coordinate pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or other approved inspection agencies on the buyer's request. The cost is typically covered by the buyer. We provide full cooperation including access to the product, packaging records and labeling documentation.

Do you support organic or halal certification?

For organic honey, we can source certified organic product from ACO-certified beekeepers and provide relevant organic certificates. Halal certification for honey, oats and nuts can be arranged through Australian Islamic certifying bodies. Please indicate your certification requirements at the inquiry stage.

How do you handle product non-conformance?

We take non-conformance seriously. In the event of a quality dispute, we review the COA, inspection records and photographic evidence. If a shortfall is confirmed, we work with the buyer to agree a commercial resolution — whether that is a price adjustment, replacement shipment or credit. Our process documentation is maintained to support any claim.

What is ISPM 15 and does it apply to my order?

ISPM 15 is an international standard for the treatment of wooden packaging materials (pallets, crates, dunnage) used in international trade. It requires heat treatment or methyl bromide fumigation of wood to prevent the spread of pests. All wooden packaging we use in timber shipments and palletized cargo is ISPM 15 compliant with the appropriate mark stamped on the packaging.
